Water seepage on columns in between two vertical greenery systems is a common problem that will surface when there is an improper or failure in waterproofing system. Improper or failed waterproofing system can greatly affect condition of the surrounding areas near VGS. Moreover, with poor maintenance, the lifespan of green wall might be shortened and eventually affect the appearance of the whole facility.
