Wet Area
With an interface similar to that of the Defect Library, the Material Manual comprises various building elements. Each building element is in turn studied for their “ Durability”, “Property”, “Maintenance” and “Defect”. In this section the materials commonly used in wet areas are categorized according to the various building elements such as (a) Floor Components, (b) Floor and Wall finishes, (c) Jointing Materials, (d) Ceiling Components, (e) Pipes and Plumbing, (f) Sanitary Wares and Fittings.
