The contributory factor that initiated indoor fungus growths relates to roof defects allowing rainwater to enter the premises. The growths have remained months after management had resolved the leakage problem. Waterlogging stains along the ceiling boards can be observed throughout the ceiling surface, especially around diffuser outlets.
