Wet Area
With an interface similar to that of the Defect Library, the Material Manual comprises various building elements. Each building element is in turn studied for their “ Durability”, “Property”, “Maintenance” and “Defect”. In this section the materials commonly used in wet areas are categorized according to the various building elements such as:

b) Floor and Wall finishes
c) Jointing Material
d) Ceiling Component
e) Pipes or Plumbing
f) Sanitary Ware and Fittings
