- Lack of proper ventilation and drying process
- No shower screen that causes water splash and damp patches in bathroom floor and wall
|
- Cleaning up the contamination area with hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner such as HG mould spray
- Remove the contamination bathroom sealant with the new one that contains fungicides if the sealant condition is unbearable. However, fungicides inside sealant have a low concentration that causes them start slower and have a high vapor pressure which means that they evaporate quickly.
- Install the shower screen to avoid water splash all over the bathroom
- Get the water direct into the water drain therefore the bathroom floor will dry faster
- Install the proper ventilation in the bathroom to provide sufficient heating and ventilation
