Rubbing or large gap between door panel

• Causes

1. Poor adjustment during installation
2. Damaged restrictor by vandalism (forceful opening of the door)
3. Lock contact worn or clearance out due to hitting– needs readjustment
4. Catch device is hitting / clearance out due to dirt accumulation
5. Dirty door sill will cause the door not to close properly
