    • Continues water from unclear hole from wall on cement floor surface
    • Cement as a mineralogical which is prone to be attacked by moulds (roughness, permeability and substances)
    • Less maintenance surrounding the bulky refused area, it can be seen from the dirt and dust in the area
    • High contents of atmosphere gas acids (SO2, CO and NO2 ) as some of the nutrients for moulds to grow are available in the area since it is an industrial area.
  • Close the hole and find the water source to stop water comes out from the hole. If necessary, add up the piping to discharge the water to drain channel and not on the bulky refused area floor.
  • As the cement floor is degraded chemically, replacing the cement floor would be the reliable plan. However, cleaning up the surface is easier. Since the area is less than 3m2, cleaning up the concrete can use a simple gears, includes gloves, google and home detergent.
  • Put a proper fungicide to prevent future growth. Most of the fungicide only works effectively for 2 years; therefore, keep the area cleaning and dry is important.
