    • Wet and damp static condition that is caused by lack of proper ventilation and drying process

    • Cleaning up the contamination area with hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner such as HG mould spray
    • Remove the contamination bathroom sealant with the new one that contains fungicides if the sealant condition is unbearable. However, fungicides inside sealant have a low concentration that causes them start slower and have a high vapor pressure which means that they evaporate quickly.
