Tower Crane System

The parallel track on the roof level allows the tower crane system to clean the whole rectangular building efficiently (Figure 1).

The arm of the tower crane access system provides 360 degree rotation (Figure 3).

With the 360 degree rotation, it eases the cleaning of the external facades therefore making the building 100% accessible (Figure 4).

The Bucket that is attached to the arm is to be lowered to the required level for cleaning (Figure 5). Cleaners will be carried to the designated level for cleaning.

A pair of rollers is attached to the bucket to protect the bucket from knocking into the wall in the events of wind forces (Figure 6).

The mechanic of the Tower Crane System controls the rotating of the arm and the sliding of the machine along the track that is laid in the centre of the roof top (Figure 7).
