Vegetation Planted at Difficult Areas to Assess

The particular case showed that when vegetation is integrated into the high rise buildings, some green roofs are constructed on areas which are inaccessible or difficult to access to. These installations create issues in maintenance planning and execution, with implications to increased man hours and resultant labour cost, as well as safety risks triggered by the lack of access and safety provisions.

Cause of Defect

Issues as such arises with improper design features avoidable with inputs from maintenance professionals. Proper coordination and design appraisals could make way to reduce risks of such issues or could lead to the minimizing of their impacts by employing early design remedies or alternative access and safety features.
