Façade
With an interface similar to that of the Defect Library, the Material Manual comprises various building elements. Each building element is in turn studied for their “ Durability”, “Property”, “Maintenance” and “Defect”. In this section the materials commonly used in facade construction are categorized according to the various building elements such as: a) Structural Frame, b) Masonry, c) Concrete Wall, d) Finishes, e) Cladding, and f) Curtain Wall.
