• Roof Moisture Detection
  • When a roof leaks, damage occurs beyond the water dripping into the building. Often times far more serious is the degradation caused to the roof insulation by moisture absorption.The difference in heat capacity typically causes the wet insulation to stay warmer at night. Once it is located, this wet insulation can be removed, the roof system repaired, and the damage corrected.
