Type of Building: Commercial Building
It is a very common sight in many of the tall and prestigious buildings in Singapore. Such defects are usually caused by the poor method of material handling during the installation stage in which the defected panels are placed onto the building façade while the Client was not supervising the installation process.
These are normally rectified by filling up with inappropriate materials which will lessen the aesthetic value of the building façade.
