Introduction
Type of Building: Hotel
Type of Façade: Glass Curtain Wall
Many buildings have been designed with glass cladding to achieve aesthetics superiority. However as architecture gets more complicated, the issue of cleaning and maintenance of the glass building façades has given rise to serious implications in terms of accessibility. Considerations have to be given to safety of cleaners, to achieve optimal architectural aesthetics, and breakages of glass panels which need time to replace. Thus cleaning of building façade is no longer a simple issue, especially for glass cladded buildings.
