Staining due to fixtures

The stain marks occurring due to the fixtures present on the external facade. The defect of staining on a building facade is aesthetic rather than structural but may still be costly to rectify for tall buildings, due mainly to the cost of providing the accessibility. This problem manifests itself as a change in colour that detracts from the desired appearance of the element.
