Introduction
Type of Building: Commercial
The picture shows a severe separation and buckling of roof floor tiles from its tile bed. It can be seen that a portion of the tiles have delaminated from the substrate causing the tiles to lose its internal cohesion and stability. The tiles have lost the bonding with its tile bed, usually a thin layer of cement and sand screed.
