The external facade was infested with reddish green organic stains on the portion behind the sunshading devices. Above the stains there were ledges which constantly throws excess water off onto the portions of the wall below to keep the portion of the wall constantly moist.
Besides, there were also presence of close vegetation being planted to beautify the surroundings.
