Dual seal units to BS 5713 | Visual inspection: more than 25% of the glass wall should be visually inspected in every 6 months for sealant failures and water leakages.
Replace glazing gaskets, weather stripping etc as required. |
For normal environment condition, basic wash with water and soap should be sufficient; unless there is excessive pollutant results in stains.
All glass product must be cleaned periodically using neutral non-abrasive cleaning agents contain no fluorine compounds. Immediately after washing, the entire surface of glass has to be dried. Special care must be taken into account when cleaning the coated glass that is exposed, since it’s easily scratched and damage the coating permanently. |
Generally minimum twice a year is specified.
