Glass fibre. Specification to ASTM C 726: 2000 and as preformed insulation for roofing system to ASTM E 936: 1998

Test certificate from approved local testing authority : +15% years

For inverted roof system or in protected membrane system: -15% years

Rock fibre. Specification to ASTM C 726: 2000 and as preformed insulation for roofing system to ASTM E 936: 1998

Note: Low or medium density flexible mineral wool is unsuitable for thermal insulation in a loadbearing application [12]. Generally it will be used between joists supported by nylon netting or similar.
