| Gypsum board to BS 1230: Part 1, Type 3 (moisture resistant) | Visual inspection every month for defects (e.g. discoloration or softness caused by water leakage)
Change into a new panel when necessary |
Using neutral to mild alkaline cleaner. Avoid acidic and chlorinated products
In accordance to manufacturer’s instructions |
Minimum once a year |
