Staining | 1.Use a detergent to clean grout stain over the tile. 2.Use of a tile and grout sealer so it does not change the color of the tile or grout, but it will give some gloss to the surface. Damp mop |

Staining | Remove the stain mark using a suitable commercial rust remover. Follow directions exactly and do not leave on surface very long as acid in many rust removers can etch the surface. |

Inconsistent joint width | Cause by poor workmanship. Re-tiling is recommended. |

Impact cracks | Caused by extreme impact load that is beyond the compressive strength of the tile.Re-tiling is necessary to the affected portion. |

Efflorescence | Use an acidic cleaner. These salts and minerals are reactive to most acidic cleaners and will usually dissolve upon contact. |

Uneven Surface | Affected tiles should be removed and replaced with new tiles. |
