Cracks Re-tiling

Staining 1.Use a detergent to clean grout stain over the tile.
2.Use of a tile and grout sealer so it does not change the color of the tile or grout, but it will give some gloss to the surface. Damp mop

Staining Remove the stain mark using a suitable commercial rust remover. Follow directions exactly and do not leave on surface very long as acid in many rust removers can etch the surface.

Inconsistent joint width Cause by poor workmanship. Re-tiling is recommended.

Impact cracks Caused by extreme impact load that is beyond the compressive strength of the tile.Re-tiling is necessary to the affected portion.

Efflorescence Use an acidic cleaner. These salts and minerals are reactive to most acidic cleaners and will usually dissolve upon contact.

Uneven Surface Affected tiles should be removed and replaced with new tiles.
