In the case of 2 or more condition of adjustment factor occur, the percentage of year shall be added to obtain the durability value.

Notes:
- The type of resin component is listed descendent according to its durability.
- Oil based paint is normally refer to solvent based paint with alkyd resin component.
- PVA resin component normally used for interior application.
- Emulsion based paints fall under water-based category.
- Enamel based paints fall under solvent-based category.
