Defect Repair
Water leakage/ ingress

  • Causing paint flaking/ peeling on the ceiling below wet area

paint-crack2

  • Moulds occur on surfaces such as walls and ceilings, caused by moisture/water ingress due to contact with cold bridges when the function of waterproofing fails
  • Efflorescent build up on the wall due to water seepage.
If the water leakage mainly caused by cracks on the substrate, which leads to waterproofing failures, cracks have to be repaired first before any further rectification on waterproofing is done. Epoxy grout is used for structural repair and PU/ acrylic grout for non-structural repair.
