Defect and Repair

Defect	Repair
Impact distortion	Change the affected portion and install a new panel
Fracture	Change the affected portion and install a new panel
Tearing/damage to surface finish	Change the affected portion and install a new panel
Moulds and condensation	Change the affected portion and install a new panel. Use appropriate types of ceiling board that is moisture resistant. Rectify the main source of condensation
Water stain	Check for water leakage and cracks. Change the affected portion and install a new panel Use appropriate types of ceiling board that is moisture resistant.
Rust stain Incorrect selection of accessories and fastener or ceiling hanger material, especially for particular application, such as wet areas.	Change the affected panel, and reinstalled suitable accessories and fasteners.
