Sealant joints defects such as biological growth and adhesive failure can be repair by replacing the sealants. This can be done by using a steel rod or trowel to remove existing deteriorated sealant.

Sand blaster machine is brought in to further clean up the gap. This is done to remove all the sealant at the sides of the joint so that the newly applied sealants will have a better adhesive to the sides of the concrete panels.

Primer is applied to the sides of the joint gap. This is done to prepare the sides for good bondage. Backer rod is placed before sealant is pour into joint gap. The completed sealant is left to dry.
