Repair the pipe leakage & removal of algae
Find the source of water ingress, stop further water ingress using methods such as sealing, injection, impregnation (see Remedial).
- Seal and repair the pipe leakage. Ensure complete drainage of the pipe before repairing.
- Once the leakage source is sealed, remove algae growth with a soft brush and bleach. Flush with clean water and allow to dry thoroughly.
