| Stained Wall – General | Stains due to packing materials or handling can generally be removed with common household cleaning products.
More stubborn stains such as efflorescence or grease can be removed by abrasive sandblasting or by acid washing with a light solution of muriatic acid, followed by thorough washing. In either case, a test area should be cleaned prior to proceeding with general cleaning in order to assure that the intended approved finish is not compromised. There can be a vast number of stain or dirt causes and each condition shall be carefully evaluated by following the cleaning product manufacturer’s instructions. |
