Staining
|
Remove the stain mark using a suitable commercial rust remover. Follow directions exactly and do not leave on surface very long as acid in many rust removers can etch the surface.

Cracks
|
Movement of building structure. The back of the tiles does not have full contact with the substrate due to localised absence of tiles bed compound or uncompatibility Delamination within the tile interlayers due to improper installation. Replace affected tile with appropriate tile adhesive |

Efflorescence
|
Use an acidic cleaner. These salts and minerals are reactive to most acidic cleaners and will usually dissolve upon contact.

|
Water penetration
|
Affected tiles should be removed and replaced with new tiles. apply waterproofing coating over the surface and joints. Epoxy injection is necessary to stop the water passage |
