Minor stain, dirt. Re-painting every 5 years (regular practise for external façade).

Periodic cleaning:using high foaming jet (without pressure) with neutral to mild alkaline. Avoid acidic, solvent and chlorinated chemicals

Cleaning frequency: once a year is recommended

Peeling off, Flaking, Blistering Regular inspection to detect or identify the defects immediately to take corrective maintenance at early stages to prevent further complexities.

Visual inspection techniques or instrumentation techniques used for regular inspections. Because such fungi growth is relatively unsightly and quick response to repair the defect is essential to prevent the defect from spreading to other areas.

Periodic re-painting (about 5-7 years period) is required to keep the surface free from such peeling.
