| Water leakage/ingress
Causing paint flaking/peeling on the ceiling underneath:
Moulds occur on surfaces such as walls and ceilings, caused by moisture/water ingress due to contact with cold bridges when the function of waterproofing fails: Efflorescent build up on the wall due to water seepage. |
If the water leakage mainly caused by failure of the roof system, replacement of the affected part which induce water ingress, i.e. membrane, insulation., has to be done immediately. |
