Coated on both sides to BS 1474 (extrusion) or BS EN 485 (sheets). |
Inspection:
Annual inspection and maintenance in accordance with BS 5427: Part 1, Table 9. [1] Renewal of side/ end lap seal as necessary. [1] Cleaning: Regular cleaning with non-alkaline detergent |
Polluted/ marine areas/ heavy industrial: every 3 months (4x/ year)
Other areas: every 6 month (2x/ year) |
| PVDF or powder coated Aluminium extrusion and sheets, performance tested to AAMA 2604-02 or equivalent to 2605-02, or to BS 1474 for extrusion and BS EN 485 for sheets. | ||
| Milled finished Aluminium to BS 1474 (extrusion) or BS EN 485 (fabrication/ sheets). | ||
| Aluminium not relevant to AAMA 611: 1998 or BS 1474 & BS EN 485 for anodized finsihed, AAMA 2604-02 & AAMA 2605-02 for polyester powder coated or PVAF. |
