Remedial
Immediate relief from water seepage may be obtained by drilling holes of 30mm diameter at suitable intervals on the horizontal portion of the curtain wall above every window to remove accumulated water in the cladding.
A special, short and flanged end PVC pipe with a 10mm stem provided with holes for screwing can be fixed over each hole to ensure proper drainage.
